Hillrock Double Cask Rye is a unique American whiskey, handcrafted in small batches from 100% rye grain, which has been naturally grown, small batch pot distilled, aged, and bottled all on our Hudson Valley estate. After aging in new #3 char American oak casks, the award-winning whiskey is then aged in #4 char new American oak casks which add layers of caramel and vanilla to complement traditional rye spice. The Double Cask Rye’s deep golden amber color is highlighted by warm and inviting aromas of vanilla and caramel with hints of prune, apricot and rye spice round out the nose. Initial caramel sweetness on the palate is followed by mint, clove, and cinnamon spices before fading to a caramel, butterscotch conclusion with a long, warm and sweet finish.

It is important to note that orders with more than one item will be subject to a processing period that is based to the item.

Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The levels of stock can change at any time. You may not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your product, we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. It should also be in the original package.
